Warm green salad!

There’s something nice about having a warm salad, even in summer! This one is fast and only has a few ingredients. Here it served 4 people as a side dish, but do double it to eat on its own or for guests. I hope you enjoy this delicious dish!

Ingredients

250 g snow peas

3 really fat asparagus stalks

3 shallots

Handful of sliced almonds

3 tbs olive oil

1 tbs caster sugar

1 tbs white balsamic vinegar

Method

Chop the asparagus into 2cm lengths and shallots into 1 cm pieces. Add a splash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Once warm add the snow peas, asparagus and shallots. Stir occasionally whilst cooking for 10 minutes. Add the almonds, olive oil, sugar and vinegar then turn the heat off. Stir and serve! This little number goes well with steak or even Asian style pork back strap, and it can hold its own and be served lonesome!
